Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Clippik AI ("Clippik", "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

Clippik integrates with YouTube via the YouTube API Services. By using Clippik, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may not use Clippik to upload content that violates YouTube's policies.

3. Description of service

Clippik is a web application that automatically cuts long-form videos into short vertical clips, adds subtitles, and publishes them to YouTube, Instagram or VK on your behalf.

4. Account registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Content ownership and license

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. By uploading content to Clippik you grant us a temporary, limited license to process (transcribe, cut, render) that content solely for the purpose of generating clips for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not share it with third parties.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Clippik to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to publish.
• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Circumvent usage limits or attempt to abuse the API quota.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.

7. Credits and billing

Processing minutes are paid for with Credits. Credits are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that clips generated by AI will meet any specific quality standard.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clippik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.
